ORIGEN
Vegetal. Grapefruit is a citrus hybrid originating in Barbados as an accidental cross between the sweet orange and the Chinese pomelo both of which were introduced from Asia in the 17th century.

Natural cosmetics. Grapefruit contents vitamin C and a variety of flavonoids such as naringin, naringenin and quercetin. In fact, it is the only citrus fruit that contains naringinin which has anti-cancer properties.
