ORIGEN
Vegetal. Juniper is a shrub in the Cupressaceae family. It is present in North America, Europe and Asia. Juniper essential oil is produced through steam distillation of its leaves, branches, wood, and seeds.

Natural cosmetics. Juniper has essential oils (sabinene and limonene), flavonoids (rutin and luteolin) and vitamin C. Its berries have long been used as a traditional medicine by Buddhists in Tibet.
