Natural cosmetics. Sweet almond oil is an active ingredient with the richest source of vitamin E and also has other vitamins such as A and D. Additionally, it contains fatty acids (oleic and linoleic), phytosterols (β-sitosterol), terpenes and flavonoids that nourish and care for the skin. The term almond has a Semitic origin, specifically Syrian, “ha-migdala” which means “beautiful tree”.
